Our restaurant, The Branding Iron Steakhouse & Saloon, will be taking a winter sabbatical … we will be closed beginning this weekend through the end of February … we will re-open the restaurant in March with some fresh, new menu ideas for you to savor and enjoy … The hotel will remain open, as always.
